Web Designer and Web Marketing Associate

Full-Time Contract Position

Responsibilities and accountabilities

Manage an extensive site update and online marketing program
Manage and integrate content from a global sales team
Develop Flash ad banners and interactive elements
Work closely with senior design and marketing staff
Integrate lead generation with sales database and group collaboration systems
Balance creative requirements with business and technical requirements
Handle multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Support online PR and communications activities

Required skills and knowledge

Postsecondary education in Web design, online communication or marketing
Strong design portfolio with two or more years of experience in Web design of large, enterprise-scale websites, preferably in a corporate environment
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Flash
Ability to hand code CSS or use a WYSIWYG editor
Familiarity with content management systems
Well-rounded understanding of online marketing and Web usability best practices
Strong communication skills
Ability to work well within a team
High attention to detail

Additional abilities would benefit the applicant

International Design Experience

Corporate Sales Associates

Leadershipinc.'s business growth since its inception reflects the increasing interest in the unique productivity solutions provided by the company. We are currently seeking Corporate Sales Associates in the Vancouver, Toronto, Ottawa, Calgary and Montreal regions.

Corporate Sales Associates will become one of the leaders within the sales team and will report directly to Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Responsibilities of this position will include:

- Prospecting corporate clients in conjunction with the other members of the sales and customer service team
- Building and managing a sufficient pipeline of opportunities to achieve quarterly and annual revenue and profit targets
- Closing new accounts
- Working closely with operations team to support the successful implementation of the training program to client
- Managing accounts, acting as key account manager

The ideal candidate must have demonstrated success in the following areas:

- Blue Chip Sales - Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience selling intangible, medium to high-priced solutions to major corporate clients. Candidates must also be able to document their successes in achieving and exceeding sales plans and goals.

The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:

- Demonstrated success in closing enterprise sales opportunities, from prospecting to proposal writing to closed deals
- Bachelors degree or equivilant organizational experience
- Minimum of 3 years corporate sales experience, preferably selling HR tools or solutions, training or educational products
- Aggressive, self-starter, goal-oriented, team player, well-organized
- Effective verbal, written, interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess a professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work effectively without close supervision

The candidate will work from their home office, and position may include up to 20% travel. This commission based position offers an excellent compensation package and growth potiential.
