Paul Gossen, The Breakthrough Coach

After 30 years as a successful serial entrepreneur and business leadership innovator Paul Gossen is well known for his credibility and high impact results in corporate coaching, team productivity and organizational transformation. Paul occasionally serves as a Board Director or in an interim C-level role in early stage pre-funding and portfolio companies for the venture capital community. As a sought after adviser for forming up capital, teams, and strategy, Paul is at the center of the both the both the high growth and multi-national business innovation world.

As the son of the founder of the NLP Institutes, an international human development company, Paul studied with and grew up right in the laps of many of the pioneers in NLP and the personal transformation movement. As a boy he wrote ad copy for the NLP Institutes and developed a powerful ability to distill complex ideas into simple concepts that anyone could understand instantly. Cutting his teeth in this environment, he launched Paradigm Creators Inc. at the age of 13. He developed and published 7 computer games, selling 1.5 millions copies with $30 million in revenue before he could drive a car or go to college.

In the 90's Paul rubbed shoulders almost daily with his elite peers in the business innovation world. Immersing himself in emergent technologies as a technology evangelist, serial entrepreneur and tech executive he was a key influencer at the forefront of persuading old guard leaders in the use of emerging technologies to transform their industries. Paul Gossen Consulting Inc. doubled annual sales four years in a row with a staff of only 15. Vertegri Research Corporation developed the first licensed Apple laptop clone, and made history in the early days of the web with a launch generating 700,000 website visitors in 3 days. PaulÕs disruptive, high growth business model was so successful it is known to have been a factor in the Board of Apple Computer's decision to bring back uber-tech billionaire Steve Jobs.

In 1999, Paul Gossen came back to his roots working with Marilyn Atkinson PhD, the founder of Erickson Coaching International to integrate NLP and Coaching, launching what has now become the global movement of Solution Focused Coaching. He also began his executive leadership practice, with the intention of creating a more balanced and contribution-focused lifestyle. Since then he has mentored CEOs and managers from around the world, conducting more than 2600 hours of executive coaching on multiple continents.

In 2003 he founded Business Transformed with a lifetime vision of bringing the power of solution focused coaching and transformational productivity to 100 million managers worldwide. He has facilitated more than 120 breakthrough programs and large organizational transformation initiatives for American Express, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and dozens of other companies.

Paul Gossen is widely respected for having the credibility to get even old-school conservative executives to accept and adopt his breakthrough practices. He has developed five ground-breaking programs in the fields of corporate coaching, team productivity and organizational transformation. His most recent book, Business Transformed, is a simple and powerful model for coaching business transformation. An international success, the book is on its third printing and has been translated to Russian, Turkish, Ukrainian and Mandarin.

He has given his time to serve as a Board Director in 9 companies. He is a committed proponent that coaching is integral to the management and governance of organizations.
